We worked with Cathy to buy our first home. She's extremely responsive and communicative, with a great knowledge of the market and attention to detail. We sent her a few examples of listings we liked early in our search, and she did a deep dive researching each property, including things like water quality and other possible environmental concerns that we would not have thought to ask about up front. Our home search was broad, and when we found and fell in love with a place that was well outside the area that Cathy normally focuses on, she stuck with us and helped us close on our first home despite the inconvenience. She was extremely supportive in walking through the inspection with us and explaining the process in detail every step of the way. We can't recommend her enough; if you have the chance to work with her, don't miss out!
