Cathy went out of her way to show us every property we requested and even video taped the ones we were unavailable to see. She provided a status regularly, made sure we were informed every step of the way, and kept everyone moving forward to ensure we were on track to close. I have never found value in realtors until now. I will sing her praises until my dying day.

Cathy was efficient and effective in her communication not just with me as a buyer but she was also great at working and communicating with the seller agent, our lender and the closing attorney too. Cathy had great guidance for us throughout the homebuying process. We will be recommending her to our family and friends.
