Cathy was absolutely amazing!!!! We were first time home buyers who had absolutely no understanding of the housing market. Cathy gave us excellent, unbiased advice and made sure we were aware of any potential issues or downsides as well as the positives. She coached us through all phases of the buying process from making an offer through closing. Cathy went out of her way to show us every property we requested and even video taped the ones we were unavailable to see. She provided a status regularly, made sure we were informed every step of the way, and kept everyone moving forward to ensure we were on track to close. I have never found value in realtors until now. I will sing her praises until my dying day.

Highly Recommended !!!
When it came time to sell our home, my wife and I wanted to be sure we worked with a realtor that we both felt comfortable with. We were concerned because we built our home with the help of our parents when we were kids, and had spent the last 34 years of our lives in our home.
After our initial consultation with Cathy, I asked my wife what she thought, my wife responded “I like her”. I told my wife I liked Cathy as well. When Cathy returned with her market analysis, my wife and I were very pleased with the level of detail Cathy provided. After Cathy left our home for the second time, I asked my wife again what she thought, my wife responded “I think we selected the right realtor for us”. I told my wife I agreed.
Throughout the entire sales process, Cathy always made herself available to us. She also demonstrated an extremely high level of sincerity toward us, understanding that we were about to leave our only home. This is something we sincerely appreciated.

"Your offer wasn't even the highest, but your agent was what got you the home" was the comment from the Seller's Agent shortly after getting the keys to our new home. My partner and I were relocating from MN to MA and we were lucky enough to get Cathy as our agent. We worked with Cathy to buy our first home. She's extremely responsive and communicative, with a great knowledge of the market and attention to detail. We sent her a few examples of listings we liked early in our search, and she did a deep dive researching each property, including things like water quality and other possible environmental concerns that we would not have thought to ask about up front. Our home search was broad, and when we found and fell in love with a place that was well outside the area that Cathy normally focuses on, she stuck with us and helped us close on our first home despite the inconvenience. She was extremely supportive in walking through the inspection with us and explaining the process in detail every step of the way. Sold! with no worries
When my wife and I posted online that we wanted to downsize from a huge household to a cozy condo, Cathy L contacted us. We chose to work with her, over other potential real estate agents, and we are so glad we did.
