    Mass Association of Realtors reported on 2/3/11 that Single Family homes put Under Agreement in Jan 2011 were down 7.3% compared to Jan 2010 and down 10.4% compared to Dec 2010. Condos put Under Agreement in Jan 2011 were down 12% compared to Jan 2010 and even with Dec 2010.
